Hi Melanie,
Good to talk with you this afternoon. Attached is a copy of our Temporary
Certificate of Occupancy which shows a "To be completed by date of August 1,
2016". As discussed, we are almost completely done with the project. We have a
little more landscape rock to install along each side of the drive way. This
bituminous was just laid and the subcontractor wants us to wait until the end of
the month to drive vehicles/trucks on it to finish the rock and fine grading.
Please confirm that it's OK for us to extend the Temporary Certificate of
Occupancy completion date until September 1, 2016. Upon completion I'll have
the "as-built" updated and delivered to you.
