Dear Mr. Oman, -
TimberRidge Homes was hired as the construction manager far this project. We were
- terminated by Mr. Hoyt in mid-July and have not been active on the project.
Mr. Hoyt paid the permit fee for this job. We are not requesting a refund from the city for
the building permit fee. Mr. Hoyt will be finishing the job himself.
