This letter is regazding the new house you are building at 2507 Kelly Ave in Orono. We have
noticed that you are leaving cement in the ditch across the street from your property. We need
you to clean up the cement across the street. You cannot leave anymore cement or any
construction debris on the property or ditch across the street.
