� VILLAGE OF ORONO
Regular Meeting of the Village Council , September 7 : 30 P.M.
26 , 1966 .
The Village Council met on the above date with the
following members present : Mayor Ross , Trustees
Searles , Franzel, Schmitt and Bagley . Trustee
Schmitt excused early.
The Mayor announced that this was the time and PUBLIC HEARING
� the place for a Public Hearing on the Rezoning FRANK K. EISINGER
from residential to industrial of the North Half PROPERTY - REZONING
, of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33 , Orono,
Frank K. Eisinger property. The Clerk presented
the Notice of Public Hearing and Affidavit of
• Publication of said notice . The Mayor asked if
there was anyone present wishing to be heard on
the matter. After all members of the public
present were afforded an opportunity to be
heard the hearing was closed.
Searles moved, Bagley seconded, that the minutes MINUTES
of the regular meeting of September 12 , 1966 , be
approved. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
Schmitt moved, Franzel seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION #157
#157, A Resolution Providing For The Collection
Of Delinquent Sewer Usage Charges , be adopted.
Motion, Ayes (5) - �iays (0) .
Schmitt moved, Franzel seconded, that the salary SALARY INCREASE
of Lewis Cox, Heavy Equipment Operator, at HEAVY EQUIPMENT
$3. 20 per hour effective September 1, 1966 , be OPERATOR
approved. Motion , �yes (5) - Nays (0) .
Schmitt moved, Franzel seconded, that the salary SALARY INCREASE
� of John Gerhardson , Light Equipment Operator at LIGHT EQUIPMENT
$2 . 86 per hour effective September 6 , 1966, be OPERATOR
' approved. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
* Franzel moved, Schmitt seconded, that Liquor BILLS
Store Accounts 4943 through 4990 and Al1 Fund
Accounts 613 thrnugh 721 , be paid. Motion ,
Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that the building BUILDING MOVING PERMIT
moving permit request of Warren Peterson be WARREN PETERSON
approved. Motion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
S�:arles moved, Franzel seconded, that a mailing POSTAL CARD MAILING
to encourage the registration of voters be made . UNREGISTERED VOTERS
Motion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . .
