Trustee <br /> Schmitt excused early. <br /> The Mayor announced that this was the time and PUBLIC HEARING <br /> � the place for a Public Hearing on the Rezoning FRANK K. EISINGER <br /> from residential to industrial of the North Half PROPERTY - REZONING <br />, of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33 , Orono, <br /> Frank K. Eisinger property. The Clerk presented <br /> the Notice of Public Hearing and Affidavit of <br /> • Publication of said notice . The Mayor asked if <br /> there was anyone present wishing to be heard on <br /> the matter. After all members of the public <br /> present were afforded an opportunity to be <br /> heard the hearing was closed. <br /> Searles moved, Bagley seconded, that the minutes MINUTES <br /> of the regular meeting of September 12 , 1966 , be <br /> approved. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> Schmitt moved, Franzel seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION #157 <br /> #157, A Resolution Providing For The Collection <br /> Of Delinquent Sewer Usage Charges , be adopted. <br /> Motion, Ayes (5) - �iays (0) . <br /> Schmitt moved, Franzel seconded, that the salary SALARY INCREASE <br /> of Lewis Cox, Heavy Equipment Operator, at HEAVY EQUIPMENT <br /> $3. 20 per hour effective September 1, 1966 , be OPERATOR <br /> approved. Motion , �yes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> Schmitt moved, Franzel seconded, that the salary SALARY INCREASE <br /> � of John Gerhardson , Light Equipment Operator at LIGHT EQUIPMENT <br /> $2 . 86 per hour effective September 6 , 1966, be OPERATOR <br />' approved.
