Regular Meeting of the Village Council, August 22 , 7 : 40 P .M.
1966 .
The Village Council met on the above date with the
following members present : Mayor Ross , Trustees
Schmitt, Bagley and Franzel . Trustee Searles late .
Schmitt moved, Bagley seconded, that the minutes MINUTES
of the regular meeting of August 8 , 1966 , be
approved. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
• Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that the final FINAL PLAT
plat for Herrick Circle , be approved. Motion , HERRICK CIRCLE
� Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
� Schmitt moved, Franzel seconded, that a Public SCHEDULE PUBLIC
Hearing concerning rezoning the Frank K. Eisinger HEARING - EISINGER
property to be held on September 26 , 1966 , at
7 : 30 P.M. , be ordered. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the garage GARAGE SE3'BACK
setback variance request of Ludwig Larson , be VARIANCE -
approved. Motion , Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . LUDWIG LARSON
Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that the garage GARAGE SETBACK
setback variance reauest of William Curry, be VARIANCE -
approved. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . WILLIAM CURRY
Schmitt moved, Bagley seconded, that the COMMERCIAL BUILDING
commercial building permit request for Howard' s PERMIT -
Landin g, subject to the receipt of proposed HOWARD' S LANDING
modifications and landscape plans , be approved.

Bagley moved, Franzel seconded, that the Kennel KENNEL LICENSE
License application of Dr. Robert A. Indeglia, DR. R. A. INDEGLIA
subject to the receipt o� a letter of intention
