Regular Meeting of the Village Council , July 25 , 7 : 30 P .M.
1966 .
The Village Council met on the above date with
the following members present : Acting Mayor
Schmitt , Trustees Searles , Franzel and Bagley .
Absent : Mayor Ross .
Searles moved, Bagley seconded, that the minutes MINUTES
of the regular meeting of July 11 , 1966 , be
approved. Motion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
r Bagley moved, Searles seconded, that the garage VARIANCE
setback variance reauest of Ludwig Larson be LUDWIG LARSON
� referred to the Planning Commission . Motion,
Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .

Searles moved , Bagley seconded, that the Village SEWER SERVICE
of Orono cooperate with the Village of Lor.g La1�;e ORONO HIGH SCHOOL
and the Orono School District in a �oint �
engineering study of the feasibility of providing
water and sewer service to Orono High School .
Motion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the five ADVERTISING SIGNS
advertising signs of Highway Displays , Inc . in NAVARRE
the Navarre area be given an extension until
November l , 1967 , subject to receipt of written
agreement of removal of all signs . Motion ,
Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that a petition PETITION
requesting any proposed zoning in the Carman Bay CARMAN BAY COMMERCIAL
area not encourage increased water traffic , be
accepted. Motion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that the follow- LICENSES
in g licenses be approved. Motion , Ayes (4) -

Searles moved, Bagley seconded, that the meeting ADJOURNMENT
be adjourned at 10 : 30 P .M. Motion , Ayes (4) ' -
