Regular Meeting of the Village Council , July 11 , 7 : 30 P .M.

The Village Council met on the above date with
the following members present : Acting Mayor
Schmitt , Trustees Franzel and Bagley. Trustee
Searles late .
Bagley moved, Franzel seconded, that the minutes MINUTES
of the regular meeting of June 27 , 1966 be
� approved. Motion , Ayes (3) - Nays (0) .
� Bagley moved, Franzel seconded, that the variance VARIANCE
application of Donald T. Trowbridge be tabled DONALD T. TROWBRIDGE
� pending the receipt of plan which conforms to
existing applicable ordinances . Motion , Ayes (3)
- Nays (0) .
Searles moved, Bagley seconded , that a petition SCHEDULE PUBLIC
concerning street vacations on Big Island be HEARING - BIG ISLAND
accepted and a Public Hearing on August 8 , 1966 STREET VACATIONS
at 7 : 30 P .M. , be ordered. Motion , Ayes (4) -
Nays (0) .
Franzel moved, Bagley seconded, that the Kennel KENNEL LICENSE
License application of Richard C . Ekdahl be RICHARD C. EKDAHL
denied. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
Searles moved, Bagley seconded, that the UTILITY PERMITS
following Minneapolis Gas Company applications
for installation of gas mains be approved.
Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .

TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that the
STREET DEPARTMENT employment of Robert John Kreb as a temporary
laborer in the Street Department, at $2 . 00 per
hour effective June 27 , 1966 , be approved.
