Regular Meeting of the Village Council , June 27 , 7 : 45 P .M.

The Village Council met on the above date with
the following members present : Mayor Ross ,
Trustees Schmitt and Bagley. Trustees Searles
and Franzel late .
Schmitt moved, Bagley seconded, that the minutes MINUTES
of the regular meeting of June 13 , 1966 be
• approved. Motion , Ayes (3) - Nays (0) .
� Bagley moved, Schmitt seconded, that the rezoning REZONING
request of Frank K. Eisinger be referred to the FRANK K. EISINGER
� Planning Commission for study and recommendation .
Motion , Ayes (3) - Nays (0) .
Bagley moved , Schmitt seconded, that the sub- SUBDIVISION
division request of Spencer Smith , noting that SPENCER SMITH
under present zoning regulations no further

Bagley moved, Schmitt seconded, that the request BUILDING PERMIT

Schmitt moved, Searles seconded , that the garage VARIANCE

subject to the receipt of road maintenance
