<br /> Schmitt moved, Bagley seconded, that the minutes MINUTES
<br /> of the regular meeting of June 13 , 1966 be
<br /> • approved. Motion , Ayes (3) - Nays (0) .
<br />� Bagley moved, Schmitt seconded, that the rezoning REZONING
<br /> request of Frank K. Eisinger be referred to the FRANK K. EISINGER
<br /> � Planning Commission for study and recommendation .
<br /> Motion , Ayes (3) - Nays (0) .
<br /> Bagley moved , Schmitt seconded, that the sub- SUBDIVISION
<br /> division request of Spencer Smith , noting that SPENCER SMITH
<br /> under present zoning regulations no further
<br /> division could be made of the divided lot , 2 . 57
<br /> acres , be approved. Motion , Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
