The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present : Mayor Ross , Trustees Franzel , Searles , Schmitt, and Bagley . Schmitt moved, Franzel seconded, that the MINUTES minutes of the regular meeting of May 23 , 1966 be approved with addition. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . � � Bagley moved, Searles seconded, that the PRELIMINARY PLAT � preliminary plat of Spencer Smith be referred SPENCER SMITH to the Planning Commission. Motion , Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . Searles moved, Bagley seconded, that the PERMANENT USE PERMIT Permanent Special Use Permit request for Ski SKI TONKA Tonka be approved with the following conditions . Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . I . 5ki slope lighting is to be reflectorized toward the center of the property and is to be shut off at 9 : 30 P .M. seven days per week ; all activities to cease at 10 : 00 P.M. 2 . Permanent building set-back is to be 100 feet from property lines . Accessory structures - 50 feet . 3 . A maximum of six ski tows is allowable ; any tow adjacent to neighboring property must be parallel to the property line . 4 . Provision to be made for 1000 off-street parking. 5 . Provision to be made for approved sanitary facilities . 6 . No sales except miscellaneous skiing supplies and light refreshment . No license to be issued for alcoholic beverages or cigarettes . 7 . RESOLUTION #143 Schmitt moved , Searles seconded, that Resolution #143 , A Resolution Ordering The Owner Of A Hazardous Building Within The Village To Correct The Hazardous Condition , be adopted. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . RESOLUTION #144 Schmitt moved, Searles seconded, that Resolution #144 , A Resolution Ordering Acquisition Of Easements By Condemnation For 1965-LS- 1 , be adopted. RESOLUTION #146 Searles moved, Bagley seconded, that Resolution #146 , A Resolution Accepting And Awarding Bids For $860 , 000 In Sewer Improvement Bonds Of 1966 , be adopted.
