Regular Meeting of the Vill_age Council , May 9 , 7 : 30 P .M.

The Village Council met on the above date with
the following members present : Mayor Ross ,
Trustees Franzel , Searles , Schmitt , and Bagley.
Searles moved, Franzel Seconded, that the MINUTES
minutes of the regular meeting of April 25 ,
� 1966 be approved. Motion , Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
` Bagley moved , Searles seconded, that the MEMBERSHIP
rejection of the proposed membership in the METROPOLITAN TRANSIT
Metropolitan Transit Commission , be approved. COMMISSION

Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the SCHEDULE DATE
Board of Review meeting scheduled for Thursday, BOARD OF REVIEW
June 30 , 1966 , 7 : 30 P.M. at the Village Hall ,
be approved. Motion , Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
Bagley moved, Searles seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION #138
#138 , A Resolution Awarding Bids65LS- 1 , be
adopted. Motion , Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
Schmitt moved, Searles seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION #139
#139 , A REsolution Ordering Bids On Sewer
Improvement Bonds In The Amount of $860 , 000 . 00 ,
be adopted. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
Schmitt moved, Bagley seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION #140
