Regular Meeting of the Village Council , Apri1 7 : 30 P .M.

The Village Council met on the above date with
the foll��wing members present : Mayor Ross ,
Trustees Franzel , Searles and Schmitt. Absent :
Trustee Bagley.
Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that the MINUTES
� minutes of the regular meeting of April 11 , MEETING OF APRIL 11 , 196f
1966 be approved. Motion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .

Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the BUILDING PERMIT
� building permit application for Grace Lutheran GRACE LUTHERAN CHURCH
Church , subject to its agreement with site
plans previously approved and subject to
Council approval of sign proposal , be approved.
Motion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
Searles moved, Schmitt seconded, that the BUILDING PERMIT
building permit application of Sheldon Johnson SHELDON JOHNSON
be approved. Motion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
Schmitt moved, Franzel seconded, that the UTILITY PERMIT #5- 129
Minneapolis Gas Company application for MINNEAPOLIS GAS COMPANY
installation of a gas main along the Watertown
and Stubbs Bay roads be approved. Motion ,
Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
Schmitt moved, Searles seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION #135

Hazardous Building Within The Village To Correct
The Hazardous Condition , be approved. Motion ,

Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the sale WALK- IN COOLER
of the walk- in cooler and two compressor units LIQUOR STORE
at $250 . 00 to Donald Westmoreland, be approved.

CHRIS SWAGGERT request of Chris Swaggert to keep three dogs
for domestic purposes only , be approved.
