Regular Meeting of the Village Council , April 7 : 30 P .M.

The Village Council met on the above date with
the following members present : Mayor Ross ,
Trustees Franzel , Schmitt and Bagley. Absent :
Trustee Searles .
Schmitt moved, Franzel seconded, that the MINUTES
minutes of the regular meeting of March 14 , MEETING OF MARCH 14 , 196t

Schmitt moved, Bagley seconded, that Ordinance ORDINANCE N0. 86
No . 86 , An Ordinance To Amend The Municipal
Code Of Orono By Adding A Chapter 53 To
Provide For Regulations Concerning Parking, be
approved. Motion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
Bagley moved, Franzel seconded, that the FEDERAL FOOD STAMP PLAN
deference of Orono from participation in the
Federal Food Stamp Plan until more experience
is gained in administration of the program, and
the need more clearly demonstrated, be approved.

Bagley moved, Schmitt seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION #133
