The Village Council met on the above date with the following members nresent : Mayor Ross , Trustees Franzel , Schmitt , Bagley and Searles . Searles moved , Schmitt seconded, that the BUILDING PERMIT building permit request of F . R. Thompson be F. R. THOMPSON • referred to the Planning Commission. Motion , Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . � Schmitt moved, Searles seconded, that the 1966 BIDS � Road Materials bids be awarded in accordance to ROAD MATERIALS recommendations of the Village Engineer. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . Bagley moved, Franzel seconded, that site and SITE PLANS building plans for the American Lutheran Church AMERICAN LUTHERAN CHURCH be approved. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . Schmitt moved, Bagley seconded, that the TRADE LICENSES following licenses be approved. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . BILLS Schmitt moved, Bagley seconded, that Liquor Store Accounts 4583 through 4621 , Sewer Bond Retirement Fund Account 730 , and General Fund Accounts 7048 through 7084 , be paid.
