The Village Council met on the above date
with the following members present : Mayor
Ross , Trustees Searles , Franzel , Schmitt
and Bagley.
Searles moved, Bagley seconded, that the MINUTES

Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that the BUILDING PERMIT

Franzel moved, Bagley seconded, that the DOCK LICENSE

following Kennel Licenses be approved.

Bagley moved, Searles seconded, that the BID AWARD
award of the bid for a Police Patrol Car POLICE PATROL CAR
� to Navarre Motors for a 1966 Biscayne
2-door Chevrolet at $1 , 450 . 00 , including
� the as-is trade in of 1965 patrol car,
be approved. Motion , Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
Franzel moved, Bagley seconded, that Liquor BILLS
Store Accounts 4521 through 4553 , 1963- 64
Sewer Construction Fund Accounts 726 through
727 , and General Fund Accounts 6941 through
