Special Meeting of the Village Council , 5 : 30 P.M.

The Village Co�ncil met on the above date
with the following members present : Mayor
Ross , Trustees Searles , Franzel , and Bagley.
Absent : Trustee Schmitt .
Franzel moved, Bagley seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION #131
#131 , A Resolution Ordering and Consolidating
� Sanitary Sewer Improvements 65 LS 1 and 2 and
, Directing Preparation of Final Plans and Spe-
cifications , be adopted. Motion , Ayes (4) -
Nays (0) .

Searles moved, Bagley seconded, that the ADJOURNMENT
meeting be adjourned at 6 : 55 P.M. Motion,
Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
