The Clerk presented the Notice 7:30 P.M. of Public Hearing and Affidavit of Publication of said notice. The Mayor asked if there was anyone present wishing to be heard on the matter. After all members of the Public pre- sent were afforded an oppor�tunity to be heard • the hearing was closed A Regular Meeting of the Village Council, January 8:35 P.M. 24, 1966. � The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Ross, Trustees Franzel, Schmitt and Bagley.
