Regular Meetin� of the Village Council, January 10 , 7:30 P.M.
1966.
The Village Council met on the above date with the
following members present: Mayor Ross, Trustees
Franzel, Schmitt, Searles and Bagley.
Searles moved, Schmitt seconded, that the minutes MINUTES
� of the regular meeting of December 27, 1965, be
approved. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (Q).
The Oath of Office was admi.nistered to Mayor Ross, OATH OF OFFICE
Trustees Franzel, Searles and F3agley.

SEarles moved, Ba�ley seconded, that the Conmiercial COMI�RCIAL BUILDING PERMIT
Building Permit request of Douglas Nelson be approved DOUGLAS NELSON
subject to the condition that sanitary facilities be
installed by July l, 1966. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that the Building Permit BUILDING PER*1IT
Application of Clayton Fitzpatrick be approved subject FITZPATRICK
to the condition that it be connected to the Municipal
Sewer System and that a drainage easement be provided to
the Village. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
Searles moved, Fn3nzel seconded, that Ordinance #83, ORDINANCE #83
An Ordinance To Amend Chapter 22 Of The Municipal Code AMEND SEWAGE DISPOSAL
Of Orono, be adopted. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). ORDINANCE
Franzel. moved, Searles seconded, that Ordi.nance #84, ORDINANCE #84

Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that Resolution #125, RESOLUTION #125

starting salary of $507.00 per month effective January

AATOURNMENT Schmitt moved, Searles seconded, that the meeting
