The approval was granted with the understanding that the drainfield for the property will be built to meet the specifications that are in the � engineer' s letter concerning requirements for this property. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . • � Massengale moved, Butler seconded, that the A.N.S . I . B77. 1-1973 City of Orono adopt A.N.S.I. B77. 1-1973 as Ski Hills Code • a code of safety standards to be applied to � ski hills. The City Attorney is hereby directed to amend Section 69A of the code and � prepare the necessary ordinances to incorporate the A.N.S. I . B77 . 1-1973 code as a part of � inspection standards for the City. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . • � Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to grant the SKI TONKA LICENSE license to Ski Tonka with the understanding � that the A.N.S.I. B77. 1-1973 code will be complied with on the Ski Tonka operation with • all its ramifications and that the license is being granted only to the existing portion � of the ski hill and it does not apply to the � new section of the ski hill, which was opened � over on the eastern slope. This license will be due again for renewal on September 30 , 1974. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . • • Mr. Hake, Mrs. McDonald, and Gregg Hannah PLANNING COMMISSION all appeared before the Council as applicants Applicants � for membershi� to the Orono Planning Commission. � Butler moved, Massengale seconded, that Mr. APPOINTMENT � Hake be appointed to the Orono Planning Planning Commission Commission. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . • � Butler moved, Paurus seconded, that Mrs. APPOINTMENT McDonald be appointed to the Orono Human Human Rights Commission � Rights Commission. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . • � The Council had a discussion in which all of MARINA LICENSE CRITERIA the members on the Council concluded that the � staff and the Council should review all marina licenses to establish criteria for boat usage, • storage, traffic control, parking ingress and • egress, and other land use concerns for this particular function and the effect upon Orono � as a whole.
