2. Permit cards will be sent by retuan mail after a review is completed. PERR�IITS A1tE 1�TOT V�I,ID
UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A PERIVTI'f. WORK MUST NOT BEGIN UNTIL THE PERIvfIT CARD IS
P05TCD ON THE JO� SITE.
3. Plumbing perffiits may be issued ONLY to licensed plumbing contractors and to property owners residing
in the dwelling.
4. VJhen any new construction or remadeling is involved, a separate building permit must be obtained.
5. All worlc must be done in accordanc� with th� State Code requirements.
6. All work must be inspected and air tested before it is covered. Ca11473-7357. 24-hour notice required.

work including materia�s, labor, profit, and other fixed costs. Tt is the amount to be chazged to the

tenant or any other parry the reasonable market value of such items must be added to the estimated cost
or contract price for pemut fee purposes. In the event that there is a dispute on the amount of the job cost,
