� Special Meeting of the Village Council , 7 ; 50 P.1�4.
August 22 , 1973
The meeting was called to order by
P�ayor Oberhauser at 7 : 50 P.M. Members
present: Mayor Oberhauser, Councilmen
� Dorn, Massengale , and Welsh, Absent :
• Councilman Butler.
� The .�iayor then opened the discussion on llLVELOPTIENT OF LAKESHORE
tne topic of a proposed motion for the PROPERTY
Village of Orono to establish a policy
� concerning t}ie development of lakeshore
property. All members of the Council
that were present discussed. their viewpoints
• concerning this matter.
� Councilman Dorn departed the Council
Chamber at 8 : 10 P.M.
�
It was decided by the Council that no
action be taken tonight concerning this
matter but further consideration of it
� would be made during the regular Council
meeting of August 27 , 1973. Councilman
�`lassengale stated that he would attempt
to draft a proposal which would reflect
� the policy he would like to see the Village
of Orono establish.
� P-lassengale moved, Welsh seconded, to adjourn ADJOURNMENT
the meeting at 8 : 35 P.M. Motion,
� Ayes (3) - Nays (0) .
