� The Village Council accepted the letter DRAINAGE PROBLE:�1
from Bill r-7ills concerning the Carlton Lydiard Averiue
� letter. The Council instructed the engineer
� to again verify, in writing, tlie status of
tlze drainage conditions concerned, by tlie
+ first Council meeting in October, 1973.
T:ie engineer is also to contact the Village
� attorney to discuss various legal remedies
involved.

• The Council tabled the matter concerning MIDI9EST YACHT DOCK
� the dock for i�Iidwest Yaclit until t�ie next
regular meeting of the Council, August 13,
� 1973.

next regular Council meeting of August 13,
� 1973.
