SECOND AMENDMENT TO TAE 1983 FEE SCHEDULE
� WHEREAS, Resolution1437established auniformfeeschedule �
for the year 1983; and .
WHEREAS, Resolution 1437 includes provisions for •
� . , instituting new fees and for changing listed fees upon adoption of a � �
, - -- . subsequent resolution; and • .
� WHEREAS, theCity Council has determined that thefollowing
, changes must be made in the 1983 fee schedule so that the rates charged
� will, continue to reimburse the City for. direct operating expenses.
� _. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Orono that the Current Fee Schedule of the City, including
Resolutions I437 and 1444 is hereby amended as follows:
