' � CARL D. PARTEN TO APPLY FOR A BUILDING

• • • PERMIT PRIOR TO FINAL SUBDIVISION APPROVAL
WAEREAS, the Cauncil has reviewed and appraved a preliminary
. subdivisian far Carl D. Parten (hereafter "applicant" ) on Octaber 24, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the City has appraved the request by the applicant ta reraute a
municipal sewer line that intersects the prapased building site far Lat 1 , Black
_ 1, Carlwoad; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has fulfilled all af the conditions setfarth
during the preliminary subdivision review; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has asked Cauncil ta apprave the issuance af a
building permit fpr Lat 1, Block 1 , Carlwaad prior ta final subdivisian appraval .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby appraves
the request of Carl D. Parten to apply far a building permit priar tp final
•subdivisian appraval subject ta the fallawing canditians:
1. Prior ta issuance af a building permit, applicant must submit a
survey designating the lacation and setbacks af the principal structure and
location af all utility easements (existing and prapased) . �
2. All canstruction shall be subject ta the requirements of the S.t�ate
Building Cade.
3. A certificate af occupancy will not be issued until the residence is
cannected to municipal sewer and the plat has received final subdivisian
appraval . . �
4. TYie applicant hereby agrees ta assume full risk in applying far a
building permit prior ta the campletian af the rerauting of the municipal sewer
line and that the City issues this building permit with the knawledge that sewer is
already available ta propased Lat 1 thraugh an existing sewer line and applicant
hereby agrees priar ta issuance of the building permit ta execute a Hald Harmless
and Indemnificatian Agreementreleasing the City fram all financial abligatians
resulting fram the praposed impravements .
5. The undersigned awner has read, understaad and hereby agrees ta the
terms of this resalution.
