A RESOLUTION PROVIDING• FOR THE COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT
_ ANNUAL SERVICE CHARGES FOR THE ON-SITE SEW�,GE TREATMENT
INSPECTION PROGRAM
� WHEREAS, the City Council of the City Council
� of the City of Orono, Minnesota has enacted certain ordinances
under Minnesota Statues, therefore pursuant to Chapter 22,
Orono City Code pertaining to payment and coliection of the
� Annual Service for the On-Site Sewage Treatment Inspection
Program, the following properties are delinquent in nature.
1. WHEREAS, The City has obtained from the Hennepin
County Auditor levy number 9083 for the delinquent Annual
, Service Charges for the On-Site Sewage Treatment Inspection
• Program. . �
2 . The the Hennepin County Auditor be and he �is
hereby authorized and directed to extend upon proper tax :
lists of the county and further collect said assessments .
� in the inanner provided by law. .
�. That ten percent (10�) be added to the amounts .
due.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono Minnesota
at a special meeting held October 6 , 1983.
