' A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT �
SEWER AND WATER SERVICE CHARGES
� � WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota has enacted certain ordinances under Minnesota Statutes, "
therefore pursuant to Chapter 25, Orono City Code pertaining
to payment of Sewer and Water Charges and� collection, "the following
properties are delinquent. in nature; .
l. WHEREAS, the City has obt�ined from Hennepin .
County Auditor Levy Numer 9082 for the delinquent Sewer and
Water accounts.
• e 2 . That the Hennepin County Auditor be and he
is hereby authorized and directed to extend upon proper tax
lists of the county and further collect said assessments thereon
in the manner provided by law. �
3 . That eight percent � (8�)• be added to� the amounts
. due.
Adopted by the City, Council of the Cityrof Orono, Minnesota
at a special meeting held October 6 , 1983 .
