' The Viila�e of tlrono �3�ard of t;qualization was called to
order at 7:30 p.m., May 31, 1973, in the Orono Council chambers
* by Niayor Oberhauser. Councilmen present were Earl Dorn and
Mary Butler. Also present were Bob Martin County Assessor,
� Don Monk County Assessor's staff, Dave Culbert County Attorney�s
office, Martin Walsh Village Assessor and James Cosby Village
� Clerk-Administrator.
� �iayor Oberhauser asked Bob Martin to explain the new tax
� bill to the audience. He told the audience in this bill the
1973 market value can not exceed the 1972 value by 5%. A period
� of questions and answers followed.
� Mayor nberhauser instructed the citizens with complaints,
to aive their name, plat and parcel to the Village Assessor
� for re-appraisal and review. The results of this review will
• be heard at the adjourned meeting of the Board, June !3� 1973,
at 7:30 n.m. in the council chambers.
