the Village of Orono to proceed to obtain an Old Crystal l3uy Roa�? u
� overhead flashing l�eacon for the intersection i-Iighway #12
of Old Crystal Bay Road and State Higliway #12.
� The cost is to be shared between the Village
and School Board #27g with the Village' s share

variance granted to Texaco at Smitli' s Bay Smith's Bay Texaco
� on April 10, 1972, be amendecl to allow the
� present baiijo si�n to stay, conditioned upon
tne fact tiiat Texaco will coiiform to any new
� sign ordiiiance upon its passage by tne Village

� tour of the Village parks is being arranged
and the Council is invited to come along on
� June 20, 1973, at 7: 30 P.M.

Public Service Commissi,on that the Village
of Orono now wishes to withdraw its earlier
1 request to tear down the Chicago-Nortiiwestern
. railroad bridge over Orono Orchard Road and
leave the bridge standing, subject to the
� i�ginnesota Department of Natural Resources
taking over the Luce Line Trail and agreeing
� to doing the brid�e modification requested
by the Village at no cost to the �Tillage.
