James '�1cCleary made a presentation of STUBBS BAY ;�1ARINA his plans to buy the Stubbs Bay ilarina. His James tilcCleary concern was in being able to obtain a liquor setup license. The Council exnressed a concern S for finding w�iat tliz neighbor ' s feelings �aould be, l:nowing more about tlie ex�ent of renovation and repairs that would talce place, and tue ma;iagement ' s ability to control such an � operation before they give further consicleration to a setup license. :'�Ir.
