The Village 1230 lVoodhill Road Council felt mere preliminary information was required from Hickok and Associates . The i�iayor instructed tlie Village Administrator to put i�1r. ldagener on tiie Council agenda for ' the first meeting in April. Tiie Council also felt that iir. Hickok should sample the � runoff water in tiie spring and consider the down stxeam flow effects of Aflr. ��fagener's proposal. TDie Village Attorney gave a report on the LUCE LINE TRAIL interest that Northern States Power Company lias in t:ie Luce Line Trail and their attempts to purchase the property. After the presentation, the Council referred the matter back to t;ie Park Commission for tiiem to consider the � information given by tlie Attorney. Tlie Village Council instructed the Village S.A.C. OR�INANCE F, � Administrator to nut on the agencta for t1�e 13LAINE AVENUE Gouncii meeting of February 26, 1973, the yetro Sewer S,A.C. Ordinance and Blaine Avenue. The Village Attorney will �iave the necessary documents prepared by tiiat time .
