A RESOLUTION
AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS.5704, 5747,AND 5828
AND EXTENDING THE TIME ALLOWED
FOR FILING THE PLAT OF STONEBAY COMMERCIAL
FILE NO. 09-3400
VVHEREAS, the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") is a municip 1 corporation
organized'and existing under the iaws oi tne �tate of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, on December 10, 2007, the City Council adopted Resolut�on No. 5704
granting nal Plat Approval and Final Planned Unit Development approval for property leg lly described
as Outlot , STONEBAY, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter the "Property") with n the City of
Orono,to e called Stonebay Commercial; and
WHEREAS, on May 12, 2008, the Ciry Council adopted Resolution No. 57�7 extending
the time to file the plat of Stonebay Commercial until December 10, 2008; and
WHEREAS, on April 13, 2009,the City Council adopted Resolution No. 57 7 extending
the time to file the plat of Stonebay Commercial until December 10, 2009; and
WHEREAS, Central Bank, a Minnesota Corporation, has purchased the roperty and,
finding it as unable to file the plat within the time allowed,has requested an extension of the time allowed
to file the lat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the ity of Orono
does hereb amend Resolution Nos. 5704, 5747, and 5828 to change the time limit for satisfyi g conditions
of the resol tion and filing the final plat to December 10, 2010. Resolution No. 5704 otherwi�e remains in
force. I
Adopted by the City Council of Orono this 14th day of December, 2009.
