1. This application was reviewed as Zoning Fife number 14-3650.
2. The Pro.perty.is locatsd in thQ RR-1 B One Famiiy Rural R sidenfia! Zoning
District which requires a minimum lot area of 2.Q acres and a inimum iat width
of 200'.
3. Th� Planning Commission reviewed this appfication at a public hearing hefd on
February 18, 2014 and voted 5 for and 0 against or� a motio to apprave the
setback variances. Th� Planning Commission finds thai the ollowing factors
support the granting of the requested variances:

Ordinance deprive the Applieants of#he reasonabie use of their Prapsrky.
4. The City Council has considered this application includin fhe finciin.gs and
recomm�ndation of the Plann'sng Cvmmission, reports by City staff, comments by
the Applicants and the pu�lic, and fhe effect oi the propos d variance on the
health, safety and welfar� of th� comrncanity.
