Dear Mr. Gatehouse: �
This letter is regarding 1the bluff that was disturbed during the installation of your septic system.
We still need you to install silt fence,put in mulch and get the area seeded for next spring. This I
must be done by Noverinber 15, 2003. If this is not done by that date we will have no choice but i
to turn this over to our legal department. We also need you to implement your landscape plan on I
the bluff next spring. I

l� j��J� In regards to the letter dated November 4th to Ian Gatehouse regarding the
septic site renovation at 3155 Jamestown Road. We have been contacted
Iearlier and since October 27�`we have been under contract to repair the yard
area that was disturbed by the recent septic site construction. We are
`T scheduled to start and complete the project during the week of November 17�'
(barring any unforeseen delays).

j Of course our schedule was set without prior knowledge to the deadline of
your letter. We hope you understand this and will allow us to complete the
Custo�n Desig�t contracted work per our schedule and hopefully without any unforeseen
& 1`istallation delays either on our current job site and/or by mother nature.
