businessmen in regard to the praposed lVater Assessmet�t
water assessment.

� develop the plan as shown in Eh1ex' s letter
of September 21, 1971, to implement and put
into form as an amendment to the preliminary
assessment rolls for consideration at the
� public hearing September 23, 1971 , on the
Navarre area water assessment. P�totion,
