Subject: Jamestown Road Sewer Project Feasibility Study
The property owners in the Janzestown Road area have requested that the Ciry complete a Feasibility
Study to estimate the costs for the installation of City sewer in this area. The attached map shows the
project area. The proposed schedule is to complete the feasibility study this fall and then begin the
neighborhood ineeting and public hearing process for an assessment sewer project that could be
constructed in 2006.
I will have Raclzel flag these properties in the Govern system and �vill also put this information in the
street files, so everyone is aware of this potential sewer project.
