� August 30, 1971
� The Villa�e Council met on the above date
with tiie following members present: Tlayor
• Oberl�auser, Gouncilmen Dorn and Searles .
` Absent: Councilmen Franzel and T9cCarthy.
� The Clerk-Administrator presented affidavits PUBLIC HEARING
� of publication of the notice of hearing called 1970LS-1
to be held on special assessments proposec� to Saga Hill Assessments
` be levied for special benefit derived from
the construction of 5ewer Improvement 1970LS-1.
• Said affidavits were examined, approved and
� ordered filed.
� The ��tayor then announced that tlie meeting was
open fox the purpose of conducting the liearing
� on said proposed assessments ; and after said
assessments were thoroughly explained and after
• all persons present were afforded an opportunity
to he heard, the hearing �vas closed.

� Searles moved, Dorn seconded, that a public PUBLIC HEARING DATE
