As we discussed las� week, T am enclosing a copy of the C
conditional use permit application for your continued keeping bf
horses on the property.
For the record. the City Council wou�ove this use.t Asbyou
and lot area variances in order to app
noted, perhaps the fact that you lease portions of adjacent
prnperties wi11 put your application in a more positive light. I
would reiterate that City staff is in no position to predict t�2e �.`
outcome of such an application, there being few similar pa t
applicat3ons.
Deadline date for application submittal is June 23, 1989 t � �
noon. Your request would be scheduled for a public hearing

the Planning Commission meeting of July 17th, with final Counc' 1
action anticipated t'�e second Monday of August. �
