, <br /> � a <br /> r � o <br /> / <br /> /� �1V' <br /> 0 0 <br /> , CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> �',� G'tiF RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �9kES8�g'� NO. d � G. � <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br /> PLAT OF JACOBS MILL <br /> FILE NO.2526 <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> W�iEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br /> reaulations for the orderly,economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of a <br /> seven(7) lot residential development by James P.Deanovic and Deborah W.Deanovic (hereinafter <br /> "the subdivider"); and <br /> WI�REAS,the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of the RR-lA, 5 <br /> Acre Sin�le Family Rural Residential Zoning District findin' that each lot is of a size and <br /> configuration that would allow its use for a single family residence to be fully developed; and <br /> WHEREAS,the subdivider has completed or has agreed to complete all requirements <br /> of the platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 4330,the resolution grantin� <br /> preliminary approval of the Class III subdivision. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of standazd perimeter drainage and utility easements. <br /> 3. Designation and dedication of drainage easements over the stormwater pond and <br /> designated wetlands within the plat. <br /> 4. A Homeowners Association has been developed for ownership and maintenance of <br /> � the private road to be located within Ouflot A.
