referred to as"Grantors"and the City of Orono,a municipal corporation, hereinafler
referred to as"Grantee".
WITNESS, that Grantors, in consideration of the sum of One Doqar($1.00)and
other good and valuable consideration given by Grantee,the rece'spt of which is
acknowledged by Grantors, do hereby grant,bargain, sell and convey to Grantee,its
successors and assigns, a perpe�tuaf easement for pvblic ingress, egess and ac�ess, for
drainage and utilities purposes, including the right to construct and maintain ihe same,
together with the right of the public for access over, above, under and across the land
Iocated in the State of Minnesota, County of Hennepin, legally described as follows:
See attached Exhibit A which is made part of this document.
Including but not by way of limitation, a full and free right and authority to enter upon
said land to conswct,instalI, maintain, operate and repair sas�itary sewer interceptor,lift
statian, main or line, (alt of which are hereinafter refetred to collectively as the
Improvements). The Grantee shall have the right to make use of said land as is
reasonably necessary and advisable to the construction, installatioit, maintenance,
operation and repair of the Improvements.
In addition to any other reme�y the Grantee may have, the covenants and
restrictions contained herein may be enforced by injunction.
Grantors covenant that they are in fee title to ihe above property, have lawfui right
and authority to convey and grant this easement, and that the land is free from all
encumbrances except: ,
