Melanie,
I have reviewed the proposed garage addition at 1905 Heritage Dr and have the following comments:
• Has the buffer area been inspected for invasive?
• The original engineering review in the variance request stated a Landscape Plan should be submitted for review,
but I cannot find one. Has this been completed?
• The silt fence should be shown further east to Heritage Dr and also extended north along the back of the house.
