RE: Construction beyond authorization.
Dear Mr. Dampier,
As you know, last fall I visited your site and found you had added more structure than
was allowed by your building pennit. You requested to keep the structure temporarily until you
could get the building enclosed because winter was coming. You promised to seek approval
when you l�ad the building enclosed. As of this date you have not attempted to get the variance
approval for this overage.
This letter is to require you to submit a variance application with the required submittals
and fees prior to the next Planning Commission deadline of August 23, 2006. If this deadline is
not met and the building is still in violation The City will issue a stop work order on the project
and initiate legal action. Please feel free to contact me at my office.
