Regular luleeting of the �illage Council, December 13, 7: 30 P.M.
1965.
The Village Council met on the above date with the
following members present: Mayor Ross, Trustees
Franzel, Schmitt and Bagley. Trustee Searles late.
Franzel moved, Bagley second�d, that the minutes MINUTES
of the regular meeting of November 22, 1965, and
the minutes of the Canvassing Board held December 8,

Searles moved, Franzel seconded , that the referral SPECIAI, USE PERMIT
t of the Special Use Permit request of the American AMERICAN ZUTHERAN
Lutheran Church to the Planning Commission for CHURCH
study be approved. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
Bagley moved, Franzel seconded, that the set-back VARIANCE
variance request of Bob VVhite be approved. Motion, BOB WHITE
Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that Ordinance ORDINANCE N0. 81
No. 81, An Ordinance To Amend Chapter 73 of The AMEND DOCK ZICENSE
Municipal Code of Orono By Adding Sections CODE
73.070, 73.080 and 73.090, be adopted. Motion,
Ayes ( 5) - Nays (0) .
Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that Ordinance ORDINANCE N0. 82
No. 82, An Ordinance To Amend Section 50.010 of AMEND TRAFFIC CODE
The Municipal Code of Orono, be adopted. Motion,

PATROZMAN of Kent Christianson, Patrolman, at �471. 50 per
month effective December 1 1965, be approved.
