The Village Council met as a Canvassing Board to canvass and certify
the results of the regular Village Election held December 7, 1965.
Mayor H. R. Ross called the meetin.g to order at 5:30 P.M. The
following Trustees were present: R. I,. Searles, R. M. Franzel,
W. J. Schmitt.
The Clerk presented for study the returns as certified by the election
judges of Precincts One, Two, Three and Four. They were as follows:

Searles moved, Schmitt seconded, to declare that Herbert R. Ross
was duly elected Mayor and Robert Z. Searles was duly elected
Trustee and that Richard M. Franzel was duly elected Trustee and
• that Ralph C. Bagley was duly elected Trustee and the Board so
certify. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
Schmitt moved, Franzel seconded, to adjourn at 5: 55 P.M. Motion,
Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
