Regutar Meeting of the ViLlage Council, November 8, 7:30 P.M.
1965.
The ViLtage Council met on the above date with the
foLlowing members present: Mayor Ross , Trustees
Seartes , Franzet, Schmitt and Bagtey.
Seartes moved, Schmitt seconded, that the minutes MINUTES
of the regular meeting of October 25, t965 be
approved. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .

Schmitt moved, Searles seconded, that a Speciat Use SPECIAL USE PERMIT
Per:nit for a Parking Lot with an entrance on Tonka -FAIRVIEW COVENANT
View Lane for Fairview Covenant Church be approved CHURCH
� subject to the condition that no entrance be made
onto North Shore Drive and the entrance on Tonka
View Lane be subject to future traffic deveLopment.

Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that the Bingo BINGO PERMIT
Per:nit request of the Navarre V.F.W. for the night NAVARRE V.F.W.
of November 19, 1965 , be approved. Motion, Ayes (5)

Seartes movec�, Bagtey seconded, that the Batdur SEWER PETITION
Park Sewer Petition be accepted and that a BALDUR PARK
Pretiminary Engineers Report to be incorporated
in the L965 Sewer PreLi�inary Report be ordered.

Franzel maved, Seartes seconded , that the L966-67 UNION CONTR.ACT
Union Contract Agreement be approved. Motion,
Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
Franzet �noved, Schmitt seconded , that Resotution RESOLUTION #L19
#Lt9, A Resotution Appointing Etection Judges For APPOINTMENT ELECTION
