Regular meeting of the Village Council, 1�Iarch 8, 7:30 P. M.

The Village Council met on the above date with the
following members present: 14Tayor Ross, Trustees
Searles, Franzel, Schmitt a.nd Ireys.
Franzel moved, Schmitt seconded, that the minutes TvTINUTES
of the meeti of February 22, 1965 be approved.

Searles moved, Schmitt seconded, that Howard� s DOCK I,ICENSE
Landing dock license be approved with the condition HOMARD�S LANDING
that no slips be built on the service dock.

Searles moved, ScYunitt seconded, that the Foxhill FINAZ PLAT
Plat of Richard Neslund be referred to the Planning NESI,UND
Commission for review and recommendation, with
attention given the drainage and the possibility
of removing one lot to bring all lots over 1 acre.

subdivision of Charles Ritz be referred to the RITZ
� Plannin.g Commission for study and recommendation.

3956 through 3980, and Sewer Construction Fund
