I received your le�ter. Ca11ed Tcd Capra. Ted is l�aving a company install silt fencin�
along the road to help with tlte street run-off. We are removing the drains and socuriing
the silt fencing at the ridge of the hill.We are going to remove the sod and r�install the
soil that was removed to level out th�trail and reinst2ill the sod. This should be complate
in a couple o.f days. Ted does not want the co�t ot'a variauce.
The silt feacing is locatsd on a hill.'fhe rain will fill ihe silt fencing.'The silt fencing will
explode under pressuc�and atrr vvork will be destmyed again. Great alternativc and
