RE: Hardcover Violation at 3534 Ivy Place

Recently, city staff observed hardcover modifications to your driveway at 3534 Ivy Place which
have increased the size of the driveway. The approval granted by variance application 06-3211
(Resolution No. 5604) allowed 712 square feet of driveway. At the time of your building permit
for your new home, the 712 square foot driveway proposed was consistent with these
approvals. The current, modified driveway appears to be approximately 150 square feet larger
. than the approved driveway, violating City Code 78-1288, Resolution No. 5604 as well as
� • Building Permit P11163.
� ' Please remove the additional 150 square feet of driveway hardcover by or before
September 30, 2010. Please be advised, if you fail to correct the violations this matter will be
forwarded to the City Attorney for review and may result in criminal prosecution. I have
attached a copy of Resolution No. 5604 for your reference.
