The Village Council met on the above date with the
following members present: Mayor Ross, Trustees
Searles, Sehmitt, Ireys. Absent: Franzel.
Searles moved, Schmitt seconded that the minutes of MINUTES
the meeting of January 25, 1965 be approved.
Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
� Searles moved, Ireys seconded, that the Navarre Inn NAVARRE INN
� licenses be suspended for the period from 1:00 A.M. I,ICENSE SUSPENSION
Tuesday, February g, 1965 to 6:00 P.M. , Friday
February 12, 1965 as recommended by police report

ffir. and Mrs. Stenberg requested extension of the STENBERG
Sandy Beach Resort non-conforming use to coincide REQUEST
with recent rezoning in the area.

average distance of 300 feet from shore, that
commercial service docks may ex�end no more than
• 60 feet from shore with no more than 2 service
slips, and that final design plans will accompany

specifications for sealcoating Old Crystal Bay P7�ANS
Road between County Road 6 and U.S, 12 be prepared.

The Village Engineer submitted a Preliminary Report PREI,IMINARY WATER
on water service in the Navarre area.
Schmitt moved, Ireys seconded, that Ordinance #?4 ORDINANCE
amending section 71.050 of the Village Code, #74
• Boating Statutes and Regulations, be adopted.
