Good Morning,
Our review of the zoning permit application for the minor land alteration and retaining walls is nearly complete. One thing I
noticed we were missing was a permit or documentation from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD). Please
contact the MCWD to determine if your projects trigger their permitting requirements. If so we will need a copy of their
permit. If your project does not trigger their permitting requirements,then I will need an email from them stating as much.

We just received this permit on Friday last week. I am traveling internationally and will get you a copy in the next couple
